The world of technical officiating provides participants with an endless possibility of exciting opportunities to work with a great group of likeminded people in what seems like an endless number of locations around the world.
In the NT, you are able to work at events currently in Alice Springs, Katherine and Darwin, while you are also able to nominate yourself to volunteer throughout other state meets, including their Club, Regional and State level meets.
Australia also presents the opportunity to officiate at the following events, when you have shown to be of a standard worthy of representation at National events>

Each year SNT aims to provide Technical Official Workshops to train new officials, as well as keeping existing officials up-to-date with protocols, procedures and rules. These workshops are held during the following events:

SNT Technical Officiating Workshop
Swimming Northern Territory has partnered with Swimming Queensland to allow SNT access to the world-class Technical Officiating Mentoring Program during the QLD Championships in December.
SNT will seek nominations from SNT officials willing to take part in the program. SNT will provide financial assistance to a maximum of 2 nominations, as determined by the SNT Technical Sub-Committee.
