Swimming Northern Territory Incorporated - Notice of Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting, to adjust the SNTI individual membership fee as passed at the 2022 SNTI Annual General Meeting, as well as to incorporate a ‘Competition Rules document’ into SNTI bylaws.
The Special General Meeting will be held on Saturday 10th June 2023, at the SNTI Boardroom, Building 2, level 1, 631 Stuart Highway, Berrimah, NT 0828. Electronic link available from nt.ceo@nt.swimming.org.au
The topics for discussion at this meeting will include:
a) Overturning the motion passed at the 2022 SNTI AGM regarding individual membership fees for the 2023-24 season.
b) Adjusting the structure of SNTI individual membership fees to incorporate of a portion of existing club affiliation fees and insurance costs into the individual membership costs for Swimming Northern Territory for the 2023-24 season rather than invoicing clubs for these amounts.
c) Setting club affiliation fees for the 2023-24 season.
d) Introduce a new Competition Rules document into SNTI By-Laws to clarify the requirements of and maintain the consistency around the management of SNT Championship Meets.
