The Meet Information for the 2023 Scriven Exploration Open Water 1 is now available.
Swimming NT is excited to offer our Junior swimmers, aged 11 years and younger the opportunity to compete in a 200 meter Open Water event to gain some experience in this type of competition. We look forward to seeing many of our younger swimmers having a go! Please read the meet information carefully regarding this distance event.
Entries Open: Monday 22nd May 2023 at 9am
Entries Close: Wednesday 7th June 2023 at midday.

COMPETITION NUMBERS :
Swimming NT will provide swimmers with Swim Caps and numbering on the day of the event.
Swimmers who wish to mark their Competition number on both Upper Arm and right Shoulder (Scapula ) may do so with a thick permanent marker prior to the event.
Numbers on the upper arm must run down the arm.
Numbers on the shoulder (scapula) must be side by side.

What a lovely morning for the start of the Open Water Season and we all enjoined having Masters NT join us with their Open Water Event as well.
44 swimmers competed in the event at the Waterfront and all achieved some great times.
Congratulations to our younger swimmers who competed in the 200 meter event and swam in their first ever Open Water Competition.
We hope you all had fun and that we will see you all again as either part of a relay team on the 15th July 2023 or having a go at the 400 meter participation event at the Open Water Championships on the 19th August 2023.
