Event Details

Session 3 - Breakouts and Finishes Clinic : 1hr & 15 mins.

Parents will receive an email from us prior to the event advising the time and location.

The clinic will include: 

  • 10 minutes of Activation
  • 5 minutes of preparation and getting into the pool
  • 20 minutes of Breakouts
  • 20 minutes of Underwaters
  • 20 minutes of Finishes
